SHIPPING TIMELINES

The dispatch timeline for each product is mentioned on its individual product page.

Standard Dispatch timeline is as follows:

Ready-to-Wear / Domestic Orders: 2–3 working days

Pre-Order & Customized Orders: 10–15 working days.

These timelines may vary depending on the destination and the logistics service provider. Please note that weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen events are not included in these timelines. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping:

    Free for orders above INR 40,000. Orders below INR 40,000 will display applicable shipping charges at checkout.

Kshiba ships worldwide, and international delivery timelines range from 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other levies (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

  • International orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) and may require full pre-payment prior to dispatch.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total.

  • If applicable, these must be paid directly to the shipping partner (e.g., DHL, FedEx) at the time of delivery.

  • Charges vary based on your country’s regulations and product category.

  • Kshiba is not responsible for non-delivery in cases where duties or taxes are refused by the recipient. No refunds will be provided in such instances.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS containing:

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using this tracking number on the courier’s official website.

ORDER DELAYS

Each Kshiba creation is handcrafted with utmost attention to detail. While we strive to dispatch all orders within the specified timelines, minor delays may occur due to:

  • Hand-intensive production processes

  • Weather conditions or natural calamities

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Political disruptions or courier delays

In such cases, our team will notify you promptly and ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

If you are unavailable during the estimated delivery window:

  • Please inform us in advance at info@kshiba.com to reschedule dispatch.

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the shipment to us.

  • Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct to prevent delays.

Orders returned due to non-availability are not eligible for refunds. Re-shipping charges will apply for any re-delivery requests.

For International Orders:

  • Repeated unavailability may result in the shipment being returned to India, incurring customs duties and return freight.

  • The customer/consignee will be responsible for these charges.

  • If the customer declines to pay such duties or fees, the shipment may remain with Indian Customs indefinitely, and Kshiba will not be able to offer refunds or further assistance.
