Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kshiba, every piece is crafted with care, passion, and the precision of traditional artistry. Each product passes through a detailed quality check before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you face an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit if it meets the following conditions:

  1. You have received an incorrect garment, not matching your order confirmation.

  2. The garment delivered has a manufacturing defect.

  3. The garment does not fit correctly — in this case, it is eligible only for a size exchange of the same design and product.

Please note the following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • International orders

  • Customised products (made-to-measure, altered size, or special colour requests)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Handcrafted variations such as minor irregularities in weave, embroidery, print, or dye, which are natural characteristics of artisanal production

  • Colour variations caused by differences in digital screen displays

These are not considered defects — they reflect the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

If your order qualifies for exchange as per the above terms, please email us at info@kshiba.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Delivery Address

  • Clear description of the issue (attach product photos in case of defects or wrong item received)

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
Once approved, the item must reach our studio within 10 days of confirmation from our team.

Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or

  • There have been three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@kshiba.com with your order number for correction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order has been confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted for made-to-order or customised garments.

  • For ready-to-wear items, cancellations may be accepted only before dispatch.

  • If an order is cancelled by Kshiba due to product unavailability, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

GENERAL TERMS

Kshiba reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with the policy terms stated above.
All decisions by the Kshiba team regarding eligibility, timelines, and product condition will be final.
